Once we receive your submission we get to work finding out feasibility for your venue. We look at location, customer base and capacity.

Step 2

Venue visit

If your venue fits our model we will perform a site visit to plan the location of the machine and to go over the finer details, including estimated monthly income.

Step 3

Install day

A technician comes to your venue with everything needed to get your new Haze vending machine up and running. Our average install times are less than 1 hour.

Step 4

Ongoing

Once you have started sales a technician will be automatically alerted when the stock is running low. They will visit at the pre-agreed time slots to refill the machine.

  • We verify age using Yoti, a trusted and secure digital ID platform. Customers' ages are verified using their smartphones, eliminating any liability for venues. Endorsed by the UK government, Yoti is widely adopted by prestigious organizations such as the Post Office and Tesco for reliable age verification.

  • Our machines have a handy and easy to access portal built in to them that is accessed via a passcode. You can see an exact list of previous transactions that have been completed.

  • We run our pay outs once a month, you will receive a statement on the last day and the payment will be automatically transferred to your bank account of choice.

  • After paying for their goods a screen comes up where they can fill out an error report, we also have wording on this screen to ensure the bar staff do not get hassled by customers. We also instantly email them to confirm that a refund case has been opened.

  • Power stats and amount it costs on some average tarrifs.

  • We insure all of our machines for third party damage and accident claims. If there is a patten of damage or loss then we may remove the machine from your venue.
